When is the first day of dance?  Our dance season starts Sept 10th, 2016  – 

What types of dances do you have? Our studio teaches Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap and Acro in the recreational program.  We also have a pre-competitive and competitive program.

What age do your programs start at? Our age groups are: Petite (2-3 yrs), Minis (4-7 yrs), Juniors (8-10 yrs), Intermediate (11-12 yrs), Teen (13-17 yrs) and Adult (18+)

Do you have a list of important dates? Yes! We will be posting our 2017/2018 Dates to Remember soon!

When is the recital? Our year end recital date will be announced at the beginning of the dance season.

How do we try out for pre-competitive or competitive dance?     Auditions will take place June 10th at the studio.  We also have private auditions taking place.  Please email Caroleen at creativeedgedance@outlook.com for more info on private auditions.

Do your dance classes qualify for the children’s fitness tax credit? Yes, our dance classes qualify for the children’s fitness tax credit. We supply our tax receipts to parents in the spring. 

Can I watch my child’s dance class? Yes, we have viewing windows for each of our studios.  You are welcome to watch!

Do you offer competitive classes? Yes! We have a pre-competitive and competitive dance team.   The competitive team has mandatory classes during the week and choreography each Sunday.  They compete in several local events as well as at least one out of town event. This program is great for dancers who have a great passion for the art of dance and are dedicated to the sport.

Does the studio fundraise? We have optional fundraisers run by the parents of the competitive team.  More info will follow.
